If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return. Please note that sale and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. To begin the process, simply contact our customer care team with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Once your return is approved, you can ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued in KWD to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Exchanges are possible based on stock availability, and if the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead. Please note that customized or personalized products are non-returnable. In the rare case of receiving a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for quick assistance.
